GÂTEAU À LA NOIX DE COCO AU SNAKE OIL
L'ouragan Hélène a causé des dégâts catastrophiques et des souffrances incommensurables dans le Sud-Est des États-Unis. Le Snake Oil (notes profondes, riches et terreuses mêlées à des muscs végétaux, de la gousse de vanille sucrée et des épices sombres) est l'un de nos parfums les plus appréciés. J'en ai donc versé un peu dans deux desserts traditionnels du Sud pour créer deux parfums de collecte de fonds au profit des actions de Mutual Aid Disaster Relief et de World Central Kitchen dans la région. D'épaisses tranches de gâteau à la noix de coco glacé à la noix de coco, trempées dans un bain de Snake Oil.
